Need to return an item? No problem — we’re here to make it simple.
If you change your mind or need to return an item, just let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods. We’ll arrange collection either back to our warehouse or, for direct delivery items, back to the supplier.
Please note:
Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., personalised or custom orders).
Depending on the reason for the return, a collection or restocking fee may apply.
It’s easy — simply follow these steps online or give us a call to start your return.
To begin your return, log in to your account and view your Order history in My Account area.
Find your order and click Return Items.
Select the items and quantity you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or faulty, please note supporting images of the damage or fault need to be uploaded to process the return.
