Returns Process

1. Notify Us
Call our GLS customer service team on 03451 20 4776 to organise your returns or request a return online here.

2. Provide Details
Ensure you provide us with your customer account and sales order number, plus the product codes for the items you want to return, and confirm the number of parcels to be collected, along with the contact details for updates and notifications.

3. Returned Arranged
We will arrange the returns for you and confirm the collection details by email.

4. Items Collected
Your items will then be collected by our carrier or supplier. Items are assessed and processed upon receipt, and your account updated.

5. Returns Confirmed
You will receive an email from us to confirm receipt of your items, and a credit note will be supplied if required.
