We are committed to supporting you and will continue to deliver to schools, nurseries and homes as normal. Like many businesses, we are experiencing delays on a small number of products due to manufacturing and delivery delays as many suppliers continue to adapt as a result of Covid-19. We are working hard across our supply base maintain a high level of availability for both stocked items and those listed as direct delivery. Some direct delivery items may be subject to extended delivery times. Our website clearly indicates whether a product is in stock, however please check with our Customer Service team for the latest updates regarding availability on out of stock or direct delivery products, especially if the item is required urgently.
Next Day Delivery Service: Available – order before 2pm
Standard Delivery Service: Available – deliveries are taking between 1-2 working days (Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland 1-3 working days)
Delay Delivery Service: Available – select your delivery date for in stock items (available 5 days+ in advance)
Our warehouse team continue to work hard fulfilling customer orders and we are fully compliant with the latest government social distancing guidelines. All of our delivery partners are also operating a contactless delivery service for your safety.
