VAT at the approriate rate will be added to online prices. LDA believes that the VAT applicable to individual products is correct. However if the taxation authorities change their rulings, LDA reserves the right to amend the VAT ratings on products as necessary.

Handling Charge

Delivery is free on orders over £100 (exc.VAT) UK Mainland only. Please add £3.95 (inc. VAT) handling charge if your order is under £100 (exc. VAT) UK Mainland only.

Delivery

Your order will be processed as soon as it is received, and depending on availability, dispatched within 7-10 working days using either postal or parcel services. A signature will be required for courier deliveries. If you are based outside of the UK and carriage applies, we will contact you to advise of the additional cost. Please ensure you enter full telephone details and an email address on your order form.

Prices & Specification

LDA reserves the right, where circumstances make it necessary to vary the specifications or price of any item listed in our online catalogue.

You may pay invoices either by cheque or by BACS. If you wish to pay by BACS please contact our Customer Service Department on 0845 120 4776 (open 9.00am-5.00pm weekdays) for the relevant bank account details. The company reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at the current rate of 2.5% per month.

Title of Goods

Ownership (Title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.

Receipt of Goods

Under normal circumstances all goods on your order will be dispatched complete. Occasionally, however, we may not be able to supply all goods and in these circumstances we will advise you of the action we have taken on our dispatch documentation. Generally speaking, unless the product is no longer available, we will endeavor to supply the out of stock lines soon thereafter or supply a near equivalent or ask you to re-order. Returns

Guarantee 30 Days Sale or Return

We offer you 30 days to review products from date of invoice before paying or returning goods in a saleable condition. For private orders payment will be required before your order is dispatched, the cost of any returned product will be refunded. Reply paid postage is not available. (Multi-user versions of software are excluded from this guarantee.)

Delivery Discrepancies

Although we make every effort to avoid them there are occasions when deliveries may contain goods damaged in transit or contain wrong items or even have items missing. To help our Customer Service Department provide a speedy and efficient service we would request that you always check the number of parcels received at the time of delivery. Check the contents of the cartons carefully and should there be a problem with the consignment please ensure you report this to our Customer Service Department. Should an unexpected consignment or part of a consignment not arrive please notify the Customer Services Department. In the event of a query, contact our Customer Service Department who will advise you how to proceed.
