Guarantee 30 Days Sale or Return

We offer you 30 days to review products from date of invoice before paying or returning goods in a
saleable condition. For private orders payment will be required before your order is dispatched, the cost of any returned product will be refunded. Reply paid postage is not available. (Multi-user versions of software are excluded from this guarantee.)

Should you need to return any product please contact Customer Services on 0845 120 4776 for advice. Do not return unsolicited items or items with out their associated paperwork. Please obtain a certificate of posting for all returns.

Please do not include payment or new orders with your returns.
